UK Club Reactions Of The New Single
You may have noticed that the
Releases section of the website includes details of club promos for
the newer releases.
These are (not surprisingly!) sent to club DJ's, and Mute receive
feedback from these DJ's. So what was the general vibe with regards
to the new single club promo? Well the feedback has been
overwhelming positive, particularly with the Shanghai Surprize Club
Mix.
Some of the comments include:
- "This is what it's all about when it comes to a pop song. It's all
there and it's so good!"
- "An earth shattering mix of this from Shanghai, probably their
best to date. I am playing to packed floors on Saturday night"
- "Storming, the best thing from Erasure in a long time"
- "Oh the unique Andy Bell's voice is a sensation on this double a
side"
- "This peak-time stormer is smashing it at my venues. A fantastic
anthem"
- "All this time is a phenomenal rafter shaker!"
- "Top tune, wicked, loved playing it and the crowd loved it as
well"
- "Now must say that track one puts them smack bang on the dance
floor for today, just like 'Sometimes' did so many years ago."
So if you're in a club and fancy a boogie along to 'All This
Time...' you never know, you may get your wish!
Until next Friday!
